<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change handling work in consideration of waiting people in an interpersonal type automatic transaction device. <P>SOLUTION: A determining part for determining an existence or nonexistence of a waiting person trying to use the interpersonal type automatic transaction device is provided in the interpersonal type automatic transaction device. When it is determined that there is a waiting person by the determining part, changing of the handling work is limited.
