PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a bulletin board device which can be referred to without using a special terminal and to which the terminal at hand can input data. SOLUTION: When a user writes a message on a bulletin board realized by the bulletin board device 100, the user designates the address of the bulletin board and transmits the message to the bulletin board device 100 from a user's terminal 200 through a network 50. A bulletin board preparing 120 of the bulletin board device 100 prepares contents for the bulletin board on the basis of the received message, and a bulletin board outputting part 130 and an address outputting part 140 output the bulletin board contents and the bulletin board address respectively to present them to people around the device 100.
