PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent the permeation of alien substances by anodizing a metal layer to form an oxide layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent anode electrode(41), an organic stacked layer(43) including an emission layer, and a cathode electrode(44) are sequentially laminated on an upper portion of a substrate(40). An insulating layer(46) is formed on the upper portion of the substrate(40) including the transparent anode electrode(41) and the cathode electrode(44). A metal layer(48) is deposited on an upper portion of the insulating layer(46). An oxide layer(49) is deposited on an upper portion of the metal layer(48). A planarization layer is formed between the insulating layer(46) and the metal layer(48). The planarization layer is formed with one of acryl, urethane, silicon, and fluoro-ethylene.
