<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time for conventional payment in cash and issue of a paper receipt in settlement processing, the problem that a paper receipt handed over to a customer will be trash and consideration to environment is needed, and the problem that its costs for a store to buy receipt paper. <P>SOLUTION: According to member information read by an IC card reader/ writer 4-2, an electronic money settlement means 4-5 performs payment processing and an electronic mail generating means 4-11 generates and sends electronic mail including receipt data with advertisement to a customer. An article data generating means 4-12 generates electronic data from purchased article information 4-20 and sends them to the maker.
