<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire system for easily carrying out questionnaires. <P>SOLUTION: A server 7 certifies a management ID received from a personal computer 8a, and searches an operation ID related as a side for setting the certified management ID. As a right of the operation ID, the operation ID utilizes a function for forming and carrying out a questionnaire provided in the server 7 by transmitting data through the personal computer 8a. The server 7 receives the questionnaire structural condition and the questionnaire carry-out condition from the personal computer 8a, and forms a questionnaire in a form appropriate to a portable terminal, and transmits the questionnaire to the portable terminals 5 with a reference of a data base 9d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
