<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management apparatus for allowing establishment of a topology map in node apparatuses configuring a network, in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The network management apparatus 10 manages a plurality of the node apparatuses 12 configuring the network on the basis of the topology map with respect to the network, collects link information indicative of a connection state among adjacent node apparatuses 12 acquired by information exchange between one of the node apparatuses 12 (Nodes A, B, C, D) and the adjacent node apparatuses from a plurality of the node apparatuses 12, builds up the topology map with respect to the network on the basis of the link information acquired respectively from each of a plurality of the node apparatuses 12, and distributes the built-up topology map to all the node apparatuses 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
