<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an abnormal part indication device of a sequence controller that, at abnormality detection time, indicates a related ladder circuit in order to indicate more clearly an abnormal part in a factory production line. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises abnormality detection means 15 that detects an abnormal part by judging whether or not the operation status of the sequence controller is displayed on a screen 19a composed of the touch panel of an image display device 19, and at the same time a subsequent control signal that causes a sequencer to run is received within a predetermined time, or whether or not a monitor signal that monitors the input of the control signal and the normal status of device operation is present; ladder circuit search means 16 that identifies a ladder circuit related to the abnormal part by searching a ladder sequence program; and image data creation means 18 that indicates the abnormal part on the screen 19a with characters as well as a comment, and, when a touch operation is performed on this screen, creates image data that displays the ladder circuit related to the abnormal part, as well as the comment characters, on the screen 19a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
