<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off valve which responds rapidly and operates surely. <P>SOLUTION: In the pressure regulating valve with the shut-off valve which operates the shut-off valve 16 by a pressure variation in a diaphragm chamber R into which a secondary pressure is introduced, a channel is provided between a primary pressure gas channel and the diaphragm chamber R via a pilot valve 08. The pilot valve 08 is composed of a valve body 13 provided on a bottom end face of an interlocking piece 04, and a valve seat 14 formed on an upper part of a hollow spindle 15 inserted in a through-hole 07. The interlocking piece 04 and a frame body 10 are connected with a long hole 09 provided on the frame body 10 and a pin 12 embedded on the interlocking piece 04 with play. The shut-off valve 16 is composed of a spring seat 20 provided in the primary pressure gas channel, a spring 22 loaded on the spring seat 20, a shut- off valve body 21 which is biased with the spring 22, and a valve seat Q formed in a main body 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
