PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna assembling and attaching structure which realizes a) fastening the antenna, b) connecting a signal line and c) ensuring a ground at once. SOLUTION: The antenna assembling and attaching structure is for assembling an antenna unit with a counter member and for connecting an antenna signal line. The antenna unit has a boss to be fitted into a through-hole formed into the counter member. The boss has a terminal recessed in approximately parallel direction to the counter member. An antenna assembling means provided at one end of a signal line to be connected to the antenna signal line has a pair of movable holders for holding the boss; a projective terminal to be fitted into the recessed terminal in a conductive state thereto, when the holders hold the boss at one end of the signal line to be connected to the antenna signal line; and a ground to be contacted to the counter member, when the holders hold the boss.
