PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a gradient of an inclined surface is provided to easily and precisely measure the gradient of the inclined surface by measuring the gradient of the inclined surface using a pole assembly having a plurality of poles of different diameters and a tape measure. CONSTITUTION: A gradient measuring apparatus includes a pole assembly(110), a pole assembly supporter(120), a level(130), a tape measure(140), a wheel member(150) and a weight(160). The pole assembly(110) measures a length of a base of an inclined surface. The pole assembly(110) includes a plurality of poles having a slidably foldable structure. The pole assembly supporter(120) horizontally and fixedly supports the pole assembly(110) on the inclined surface. The pole assembly supporter(120) has a supporting plate, first and second pole assembly fixing members for fixing the pole assembly(110) to the supporting plate, and a plurality of supporting plate fixing rods.
