PURPOSE: Handcuffs are provided to prevent a release contact end of an anti-lock spring from being broken by minimizing fatigue of a curvature section of the release contact end through applied distributing stress. CONSTITUTION: Handcuffs include a moving hook(100), a fixing hook(200), a partition plate(300), a locking piece(400), an anti-lock spring(500), and various mechanism. The moving hook(100) has a semi-arc shape and a latched section(110) having a dual saw-tooth section(111) is formed at an outer portion of the moving hook(100). The fixing hook(200) is coupled to the moving hook(100) through a fixing shaft(210) in such a manner that the moving hook(100) moves with respect to the fixing hook(200) about the fixing shaft(210). A rectangular body(220) is integrally formed with the fixing hook(200).
