PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute advertisement to a service user, to promote sales of services for a sales agency, and to publish information which is useful to the service user.

SOLUTION: A service providing system is for providing services for the service user and has a seller registration means which registers the identifier of the service user and the identifier of a seller having made a contract for services with the service user in a seller registration table so that they correspond to each other and a service use screen generating means which performs control for generating a service use screen so that information regarding the seller corresponding to the service user is published in the service user screen for allowing the service user to use the services on the basis of the seller registration table.
