<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control system and a power control method carrying out power control for usage of an output device by a third party other than a user owning the output device outputting information directed to the general public. <P>SOLUTION: When a lease application is received from a user owning a signboard device 2, a control server 1 acquires a control right allowing control of the signboard device 2 during a lease period. When a usage application is received from a user terminal 3 with respect to the signboard device 2 with the acquired control right, the control server 1 lends usage of the signboard device 2 to the user conditional upon the lease period, and substitutionally carries out its display control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
