<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of providing information so that a user can easily obtain information related to an exterior finish before asking the exterior finish to an agent, and ensuring the safety of a building after the exterior finish so that the user can ask the exterior finish with full satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a server device 2, one or more user terminals 4 accessible to the server device 2, and one or more agent terminal devices 5 communicable with the server device 2. In this system, the virtual execution program of the exterior finish is executed, its result is displayed on the user terminal 4, and the structural calculation related to the exterior and the integration of cost are performed based on the result. Further, a questionnaire, inquiry acceptance or display of information is performed to the user terminal device 4.
