PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which broadcast communications are enabled even when an enterprise/group/individual does not own an E-mail address but own a facsimile. SOLUTION: In the broadcast communications for E-mail and the facsimile, a facsimile number is registered in advance with respect to the enterprise/group/ individual which does not own the E-mail address to enable facsimile communications.
