PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color picture tube device fitted with a coil for correcting an up-and-down inner distortion in a region where a deflection field generated by a deflection yoke exists or at a position in the vicinity of the region. SOLUTION: Opening parts 611, 612 are fitted at a part of an insulating frame 610 corresponding to windows 621a, 622a of a horizontal deflection yoke 620. A vertical deflection coil 631 and a vertical deflection coil 632 are wound round so that a vertical deflection coil 630 may not overlap with the opening parts 611, 612. Further, the windows 621a, 622a has correction coils 661, 662 arranged in a state buried in the openings 611, 612. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
