PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a magnetic head of a laminated structure which is improved in the strength of film deposition of a nonmagnetic substrate and a magnetic metal layer, does not give rise to film peeling, enhances production and has excellent high-frequency characteristics and low-frequency characteristics in narrower tracking. SOLUTION: The laminated magnetic head of high reliability which is improved in the strength of film deposition to magnetic metallic layers 1 being the tracks of sliding surfaces, is improved in both of the low-frequency and high-frequency characteristics in terms of the characteristics as well by suppressing the degradation in the yield of production by macro-peeling and the deterioration in the characteristics by macro-peeling, is greatly improved in the productivity and magnetic head performance, and has the stable and excellent high-frequency characteristics can be obtained by disposing an A1203 film on nonmagnetic substrates 2 disposed with amorphous magnetic metallic films configurating back tracks 8 and the back tracks 8.
