PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely discharge and supply a small amount of a powdery raw material by reducing variance in supply amount of the powdery raw material and also preventing the powdery raw material from being discharged in lumps. SOLUTION: The powdery raw material canister has a screw 3 incorporated in a raw material container 1 and discharges the powdery raw material through a discharge opening through the rotary feeding operation of the screw. A discharge head 7 mounted at the discharge opening is provided with a meshed sifter 7a and the powdery raw material stored in the raw material container is discharged forward through the sifter; and a hammer type agitating spring which operates associatively with the rotation of the screw is mounted in the raw material container and while the flowability of the powdery raw material is increased by vibrations by the hammering of the agitating spring, the sifter is made to function as a vibrating sifter, thereby improving the discharge precision.
