The panel, comprising a paper or fabric strip (1) passing round rollers (2, 3) and driven by an asynchronous motor (7) via a pulley (4, 5) and belt (6) system, has an upper steel gravity roller (14) on two pivoted cantilever arms (19) that ensure the tension of panel by pressing against its horizontal upper section. The system also has two guide rollers (11, 12) and an assembly of three sensors (15, 16, 17) to determine the direction of the panel's rotation and a tension detector (18) to ensure that it is not over-tensioned.
