<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make and sell a recording medium such as an optical medium that can not be easily illegally copied and to facilitate reproduction of a naturally deteriorated recording medium and duplication to a recording medium of a different type in regard to sales of a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: By the optical medium sales device 10, additional musical data selected by a user are recorded in a data unrecorded portion of a CD 1 with an IC tag that is being sold, and information of a piece of music recorded in the CD 1 is recorded in the IC tag. When the CD 1 naturally deteriorates, a reproduction is made on the basis of the information recorded in the IC tag. When changing the CD 1 with the IC tag to an optical medium of another type, a duplicate is made on the basis of the information recorded in the IC tag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
