<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag which can reduce the influence of mutual inductance by equipping the IC tag with a light receiving means and a light emitting means to make only an IC tag receiving light by its light receiving means generate electric power and also preventing many IC tags from operating at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: This contactless IC tag 100 comprises a carrier wave switch 4 which switches a carrier wave 6 received by a loop antenna sending and receiving data to and from an unillustrated reader writer, a top-side light receiving element 1 which receives and photoelectrically converts a light signal with a specified wavelength and turns ON the carrier wave switch 4, a reverse-side light receiving element 2 which receives and photoelectrically converts a light signal with the specified wavelength and turns OFF the carrier wave switch 4, a power generating circuit 5 which rectifies the carrier wave 7 to generate DC power, a control IC 11 which is driven by the power generating circuit 5 to send and receive data to and from the outside, a plurality of reverse-side light emitting elements 13 and top-side light emitting elements 14, which emit light signals having the specified wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
