PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture photographing device which solves plus ions which may risk human bodies and is supported by not only young generation but also the other generations. SOLUTION: A picture photographing device 100 is provided with at least an image pickup means 22 for photographing a user 2, a print means 28 for printing a picture photographed by the image pickup means 22 on a recording material, output means 33 and 33a for outputting the recording material printed by the print means 28, and an irradiation means 23 for irradiating the user 2 at the time of image pickup, and the picture photographing device is provided with a minus ion generation means 21 for generating minus ions.
