PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device where the positional precision of an actuator movable part is improved. SOLUTION: A lens holder 3 to which an objective lens 2 is to be mounted is integrally formed at a housing 1 via a connection part, and a coil holder 6 on which a driving coil is to be coiled and which is to be united with this lens holder 3 is provided separately from the lens holder 3. By uniting the coil holder with the lens holder 3, an actuator movable part is assembled. An elastic support member for elastically supporting the actuator movable part to the housing 1 is disposed at a support member 12 to be formed integrally with the housing and fitting parts 3a and 3b to be formed integrally with the lens holder 3. Then, in the state of supporting the actuator movable part at the housing 1 by the elastically support member, the connection part 5 is cut off to separate the lens holder 3 from the housing 1.
