PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A plasma display device is provided to shorten the time taken for assembly and disassembly of the back cover during the maintenance and repair of the device. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a chassis base(16); a plasma display panel(12) attached to the panel attachment surface of the chassis base; a drive circuit board(14) attached to the surface opposite from the panel attachment surface of the chassis base; a front cover(18) arranged in front of the plasma display panel; and a back cover(20) covering the chassis base, and which is arranged in rear of the chassis base. The back cover is divided into a main cover(20a) having an aperture(20a') for exposing the circuit portion of the drive circuit board; and a sub cover(20b) assembled to the main cover so as to shut the aperture of the main cover.
