XYLANASE ENCODING GENE AND RECOMBINANT XYLANASE PRODUCED FROM TRANSFORMANT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A xylanase encoding gene and a recombinant xylanase produced from a transformant thereof are provided. The produced xylanase has improved xylane hydrolyzing activity. CONSTITUTION: A xylanase encoding gene has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. A recombinant vector containing the gene of SEQ ID NO: 1 is constructed. A transformant, Escherichia coli transformed with the recombinant vector containing the gene of SEQ ID NO: 1 is produced. A recombinant xylanase has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. The recombinant xylanase of SEQ ID NO: 2 is produced by culturing the transformed Escherichia coli. The recombinant xylanase may be added into the domestic animal fodder.
