PURPOSE: A continuous brazing method for aluminum parts is provided to continuously braze aluminum parts without stopping a conveyor system by automatically removing flux attached to a part tray. CONSTITUTION: A part tray, on which aluminum parts are mounted, is heated at a predetermined temperature so that processing oil formed on surfaces of aluminum parts is thermally dissolved and a binder attached to the part tray together with flux is thermally dissolved(304). Then, water or air is sprayed onto the part tray having the aluminum parts thereon so as to cool the part tray in such a manner that flux remaining in the part tray is removed due to a differential thermal expansion between flux and the part tray(306).
