DOCUMENT CERTIFYING DEVICE FOR PREVENTING FORGERY AND ALTERATION

PURPOSE: A document certifying device for preventing forgery and alteration is provided to simply check the forgery and the alternation of an output document inserting a watermark and a barcode on the offline. CONSTITUTION: A scanning part(320) outputs a digital signal including the contents information of the document, and the barcode information and the watermark information inserted into the document by scanning the document. A decoder/certification part(340) receives the digital signal from the scanning part(320), separates the contents information, the barcode information, and the watermark information from the received digital signal, and confirms the forgery and the alteration of the document by mutually comparing the separated information with each other.
