PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connection reliability between wiring boards connected to drive circuits driving a display device. SOLUTION: The display device has: a display panel comprising two insulating substrates and having a display face on one face; a plurality of the wiring boards connected to the drive circuits driving pixels formed on any one of the two insulating substrates constituting the display panel; wiring connected between the plurality of the wiring boards; and connectors formed on the wiring boards connecting the wiring connected between the plurality of the wiring boards and the wiring boards. A mark indicating a degree of insertion of the connector is formed on the wiring connected between the plurality of the wiring boards. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
