<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL (electroluminescence) display stably emitting a light for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This organic EL display device 10 is characterized in that a first transparent electrode 12, a light emitting layer 13, and a second electrode (back plate) 14 are stacked on one surface of a glass substrate 11 in this order, an opposed substrate 16 is fixed by a spacer 15 and adhesive 17 to seal its internal space, and a moisture absorbent layer 18 is disposed on the opposed substrate 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
