PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit for applying bias voltages to switch diodes for decreasing the number of components used. SOLUTION: A common bias voltage is applied to the anodes of first, second, fourth and fifth switching diodes 3, 4, 8, 9; the cathode of a third switching diode 5 is connected to a switching voltage input; the collector of a switching transistor 11 is connected to the cathode of a sixth switching diode 10 and to the cathodes of the first and second switching diodes 3, 4 through a first resistor 12; a switching voltage input 6 is connected to the cathodes of the fourth and fifth switching diodes 8, 9 through a second resistor 7 and to the base of the switching transistor 11 through a third resistor 16; the anodes of the first and fourth switching diodes 3, 8 are insulated from each other in a high-frequency range; and a voltage higher or lower than the bias voltage is applied to the switching voltage input 6.
