PURPOSE: A nipple form rolling dies is provided, which enables accurate form rolling working by form rolling working male screw on both ends of pipe having a certain length at the same time, thereby maximizing productivity and preventing distortion of shaft center in a form rolling dies used to form roll nipples. CONSTITUTION: In a form rolling dies(1) for form rolling nipple(4) at both ends of which male screws are formed, the nipple form rolling dies(1) comprises dies bodies(3) connected onto screw type adjusting shaft(2) having key groove(7) by screw; a gap adjusting bush(6) connected to the upper part of the dies bodies(3) and equipped with key(8) for adjusting a gap according to length of the nipple(4); and a clamping nut(9) fixed to a connection end part of the dies bodies(3) of the screw type adjusting shaft(2) by screw, wherein the gap adjusting bush(6) is vertically split, and wherein the dies bodies(3) connected to left and right sides of the screw type adjusting shaft(2) have different outer diameter dimension when manufacturing nipples having different diameter.
