PURPOSE: A pipe for a passage is provided to maximize the efficiency on a passage section and to heighten economical efficiency by increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The pipe for a passage comprises the steps of forming inner and outer sides(18,19) to the fixed thickness in a passage which passes through a road, forming the bottom by fixing both ends(21) to the foundation, reinforcing with concrete by placing cement mortar on the outer side, and unifying a reinforced road with the surface of the road with reinforced concrete.
