PURPOSE: A method for recovering ammonia and carbon dioxide from nitrogen wastewater containing urea at low temperature and low pressure conditions is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that ammonia recovery is performed under conditions of pH 10-12, 100-150 deg.C and at a pressure of 1 to 5 atm, and recovered ammonia is distilled.
