<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator control device which appropriately copes with abnormalities of a multiplexer or an A/D converter. <P>SOLUTION: Input signals An to the multiplexer 6 are selectively inputted to the A/D converter 5 in a time series manner, the selected input signals An are digitally converted by the A/D converter 5 to generate internal data for a controller 1, then a control signal C processed using the data is outputted from the controller 1 to drive an actuator 7. One of the input signals An is a test input signal An (n=10) of a predetermined test input voltage and outputted from the controller 1. The controller 1 discriminates a test output signal Dn (n=10) converted from the test input signal An (n=10) from other output signals Dn (n=1 to 9). The controller 1 decides the appropriateness of a predetermined test output voltage of the test output signal Dn (n=10) comparing the voltage with a set input voltage stored in advance. When it is decided to be appropriate, the controller 1 outputs the control signal C, and outputs an abnormal signal when it is decided to be inappropriate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
