<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized transformer in which terminals can be reflow- soldered surely to a substrate and lead wires can be tied up, soldered, or arc- welded easily to the terminals. <P>SOLUTION: This small-sized transformer is composed of a bobbin 11 which has flange sections 13 in both end sections of a winding shaft 12 and around which at least a primary winding and a secondary winding are wound, a base section 15 provided integrally with the flange sections 13 of the bobbin 15, and terminals 18a-18f provided on the base section 15. Each of the terminals 18a-18f is constituted of a terminal main body section 20 inserted into the base section 15, a winding-wound terminal section 21 provided integrally with the main body section 20 and laterally protruded from the side face of the base section 15, and a substrate-mounted terminal section 22 provided integrally with the main body section 20 and bent along the base section 15 from the external side face to the bottom face of the section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
