RELAY ROUTER, NETWORK, AND REARRANGING METHOD FOR CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize free resources of a network so as to enhance the utilization efficiency of the entire network.

SOLUTION: A relay router stores the QoS with respect to the connection and information on the IP address of an edge router, and on the occurrence of a connection rearrangement request, the relay router utilizes the QoS and the IP address information possessed by the relay router to make a connection with the lower QoS a rearrangement object, and the relay router transmits a rearrangement request for the connection to the edge router utilizing the connection to adjust the connection.
