PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which assembly performance of the latch part can be improved compared with the conventional method. SOLUTION: A plate spring 44 is fitted to a latch 43 by press-fitting a latch protrusion 431 of the plate spring 44 in the cut-out groove 422a of the latch 43. Thereby, when the latch 43 is assembled to the base board, it is not necessary to install the plate spring 44 in a narrow area after the latch 43 is fitted to the base board, since the plate spring 44 is already fitted to the latch 43, and therefore, assembly work performance is improved compared with the conventional method.
