PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly manage positional information and a variety of media information items of multiple vehicles without imposing an excessive communication load on one fixed station. SOLUTION: A communication network comprises a wireless master station 1, wireless information relay stations 2, 2, etc., and wireless information relay branch stations 3, 3, etc., each provided with an information storage section. Information master stations 4, 4, etc., capable of making communication with the wireless information relay branch stations 3, 3, etc., and receiving the positional information of own stations are placed in the network. A mobile wireless station 5 transmits its own ID information to the information master stations 4, the information master station 4 transmits the positional information of its own to the wireless information relay branch stations 3 together with the ID information of the mobile wireless station, and stores the information to its own information storage section.
