PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a molding die of a lever. SOLUTION: The lever 30 is formed into U shape extending a pair of cam plate parts 32 from both ends of an operation part 31. The cam plate part 32 is composed of a pair of guiding plates 32A, 32B shifted from each other in the direction of thickness. A cam groove 34 of the cam plate part 32 is formed so as to have an insertion guiding edge part 34A and a detachment guiding edge part 34B separately. The insertion guiding edge part 34A of which, back side is set free, is formed at the back side edge part of the front side guiding plate 32A, and the detachment guiding edge part 34B of which, front side is set free, is formed at the front side edge part of the back side guiding plate 32B. By the above, The lever 30 can be molded only by one molding die (not shown in the figure) opened and closed in front and back direction (X-X direction). Consequently, a slide type mold for molding the cam groove is disused, the structure of the molding die is simplified, and the cost is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
