METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STORING GRAINS USING COLD AIR OF WINTER

PURPOSE: Provided are a method and apparatus for storing grains using cold air of winter, whereby it is possible to store grains with high quality at a low cost without an expensive cooling machine. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of sealing hermetically grains in a storage chamber(400) having a blowing device(100), a ventilating device(200) and a stirring device(300) with an insulating material; placing a first temperature sensor(600a) and a second temperature sensor(600b) outside the storage chamber; drying grains to a moisture content of 17.0% or less and storing them in the storage chamber; and cooling the grains stored in the storage chamber using the cold air supplied by the blowing device when the outside temperature is lower than 0 deg.C.
