PURPOSE: A multi-functional seal is provided to improve convenience of use for the seal by fabricating the multi-functional seal in a ball-point structure such that the multi-functional seal contained in a case is extruded when operating a button. CONSTITUTION: An infrared key, an infrared settlement system(13), a TV monitor(18), and a pencil(2) are integrally formed with a multi-functional seal(1). A minus-ion generator, a minus-ion generating agent(14) and a perfume generator(3) are installed at one side of the seal(1). In addition, a lighter(4), an illumination lamp(6), a recorder(19), a detector, and a seal stamp(7) are formed at one side of the multi-functional seal(1). A button and a seal moving device(9) are provided so as to extrude or withdraw the multi-functional seal(1) by using elastic force of a spring(8).
