<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery having an excellent discharging performance at a low temperature, wherein falling of an active material is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In this nonaqueous secondary battery, a metallic compound capable of occluding and discharging an lithium ion is used as a positive electrode active material, and a mixture containing the particles of the positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a binder is formed as a mix layer on a metallic collector to compose a positive electrode.
