<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information to an information collector while maintaining the confidentiality of the information. <P>SOLUTION: The intermediary processor 2 sends a transaction condition notifying message including a transaction condition provided by an information collecting device 1, a collector public key and an intermediary public key set by the device itself to each information providing device 3. The information providing device 3 collates the transaction condition in the message with a provision condition registered in the device itself, and when it is determined that information provision is possible, information to be provided is enciphered by a collector cipher key, a provider ID is enciphered by an intermediary cipher key, and an information provision message including them is sent to the information anomyzing device 4. The information anomyzing device 4 separates the enciphered information and provider ID and stores them.
