DUMMY SETTLEMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device which can easily conduct a continuity test concerned with credit card settlement during an EC site start-up.

SOLUTION: The store server device 20 is equipped with a message processing means 21 which converts received data to be processed for settlement into a message to be sent to a card settlement institution and sends it to the settlement institution and constitutes and sends a settlement processing request message including a genuine card number to the settlement institution by using a card number converting means 22 of substituting the previously registered genuine card number for a dummy card number when the data include the dummy card number, and an automatic cancel means 23 which sends a settlement processing request message for canceling settlement processing completed while the genuine card number is substituted after the settlement processing to the settlement institution.
