<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overall house construction system using an information system capable of carrying out an overall service of house building wherein a common consumer who is going to newly construct or remodel a house can prepare a desired house image while at home and a builder or a construction company can easily participated in a multiplicity of bids. <P>SOLUTION: A desired house finish drawing and finish schedule are prepared by accessing to a server of a management site for house construction connected to a computer network from a terminal of a prospective client for house construction. A builder that is a member of the management site for house construction is notified of the finish drawing, finish schedule and information necessary for house construction via the computer network.
