<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receiving and sending system and an order receiving and sending method capable of remedying a problem such as delay of information transmission, erroneous transmission, and insufficiency of communication between a seller and a customer, saving labor and rationalizing production while utilizing a characteristic of a credit function of an intermediary. <P>SOLUTION: In the order receiving and sending method, the customer carries out a process of accessing a server from a terminal and sending order information, the seller carries out a process of accessing the server from a terminal to receive the order data, considering it as temporary order information and carrying out information processing for acquiring temporary delivery date and shipping information, a process is carried out for accessing to the server from an intermediary terminal to receive the order information, comparing it with a credit condition range and preparing order received information and sending it to the server if credit is possible, and the seller carries out a process of carrying out information processing for acquiring delivery date and shipping information on the basis of the order received information and sending the delivery date and shipping information to the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
