<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply improve yield by preventing any glass crack when an upper glass substrate is joined to a lower glass substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel is configured by joining the peripheries of a pair of glass substrates 11 and 12 on whose one faces transparent conductive films 13 and 14 are respectively formed by a seal 19 including spacers 23' with which the transparent conductive films 13 and 14 are faced to each other, and deriving leader patterns 17a to 17d crossing the seal 19 are to the outside. In this case, the spacer 23' is formed as a sphere, and the spherical diameter of the spacer 23' is made almost the same as that of a conductive particle (silver particle) 21 of conductive paste configuring the leader patterns 17a to 17d. Therefore, the spacer is configured to get into the conductive particles so that the projections/recessions of the seal crossing part and any other part can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
