<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device where an antibacterial film having antibacterial effects from which dirt can be easily removed is formed on an operation face, and this antibacterial film is provided with the function of an antireflection film. <P>SOLUTION: The coordinate input device is provided with an operating member 5 whose one face is provided with an operation face 5a, and the operation face 5a is operated with the finger or the like to input coordinates. The operation face 5a is formed with an antibacterial film 7, and the antibacterial film 7 is constituted of an SiO2 film 7a and a TiO2 laminated on an SiO2 film 7a, and the film thickness of the SiO2 film 7a and the TiO2 film is formed so as to be 1/4 of the wavelength of a light in a whole visible ray region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
