PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (electroluminescence) panel improving a yield by identifying each organic EL panel and easily finding a cause of a fault even if the organic EL panels is manufactured by multiple production. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel 1 is provided with an organic layer 5, at least, having a light emitting layer, a pair of electrodes (a transparent electrode and a back plate) 3 and 6 clamping the organic layer 5 therebetween, a transparent support substrate (a glass substrate) 2 disposed with an organic EL element 8 comprising the organic layer 5 and the pair of electrodes 3 and 6, a sealing member 7 disposed on the support substrate 2 airtightly covering over the organic EL element 8, and an identification code 11 formed on the sealing member 7.
