PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor fixing plate and a motor fixing method for enhancing the workability at the time of fixing or removing a motor. SOLUTION: The motor fixing plate 2 is provided, at the motor fixing part 21 thereof, with a cut hole 3 for fixing a motor 1. The cut hole 3 has a guide groove 12 formed to insert the motor shaft 7 from the end part 13 of the motor fixing plate 2 and the motor shaft 7 is inserted in the radial direction. A fixing hole 4 being fitted with the circumferential edge part 5 of the motor shaft 7 is provided in the rear of the guide groove 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
